| 1.30 - 3.15 | Parents |
Parents take part in a range of practical recipes to
create healthy lunchbox and after-school snack ideas. The timing of the workshop means that parents can take home their food items and the recipes, and pick up their children after the class. |
Could include: fresh naan bread, hummus, vegetable soup, fruit puree yoghurt, vegetable pizzas, open pitta sandwiches, red bean burgers with salsa dip. | |||
